Nature’s Fusion Ltd needs an accountant with CPA, a must have and at least 5 years experience in the field.The accountant will answer directly to the CEO and will be expected to oversee at least (3) junior assistant accounts under their position.

               MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Overseeing and spear heading financial audits of station managers, reception, procurement, cafeteria, Nature’s Fusion cosmetics departments.

Spear head a zero-tolerance campaign against fraud.

Ensuring a maker and checker principal to these systems.

Supervise, identify training needs in your department and carryout finance literacy sessions.

Demanding periodic reports from all supervisors that report to you.

Remind your team to uphold the highest standard of our core values regularly.

Liase with external auditors concerning URA and NSSF .Ensure compliance is adhered to.

Come up with an Annual company financial budget and forecasting, together with C.E.O.

Submit and present a financial audit report to the company partners, in areas of profit, loss, expenditures and investments.

Manage the financial processes and daily vigilance on financial, operational and accounts systems.

Create finance and sales process forms. Ensure that signature codes are strictly followed.

Checking principal. (HR to authorize payment salary and commission schedules) before bank submissions are done after preparations of salary and commissions schedules, made by assistant finance.

Preparation of a monthly summarized report to the Chief Executive Officer on station operations.

Organize periodic meetings to ensure progress and adjustments.

Periodic visits to all company branches to confirm compliance with the company financial processes.

Adhere to the financial manual in place as an audit requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting or related field;

Five(5) year’s accounting/finance experience,CPA a plus

Previous management in supervisory roles

Ability to meet assigned deadlines

Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment

Strong experience in tax management

Experience and Knowledge of accounting best practices, laws, standards, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
